Urban and Community Forestry (UCF) Committee

The Urban and Community Forestry (UCF) Committee of the Northeastern Area Association of State Foresters (NAASF) exists in order to: 

 

  • Discuss, develop, sponsor, and promote programs and activities which will enhance UCF resource management, utilization and protection, and contribute to the welfare of the people of the northeastern states.
  • Foster cooperation and promote the sharing of ideas and advice among member states, the federal government, and public and private stakeholders;
  • Make recommendations to NAASF addressing UCF issues of regional concern.
